    Coffee with sweet notes and slightly fruity, full body. Chocolate and vanilla flavors. Medium acidity and very nice good finish and after taste.

LOCATION
    The farm is located in the community of Tlavictepan, Huatusco municipality in Veracruz state.

ALTITUDE
    Tlavictepan is located at 1,200 masl.

OTHER INDICATIVES OF QUALITY    
    The coffee is cultivated under the organic practices and fair trade practices but still in transition. The coffee is harvested when is fully matured and we do 3 harvests. The traceability is well kept when coffee is delivered to the cooperative. In fact, is classified by different qualities.

HISTORY
    The municipality of Huatusco is located in the central mountains of Veracruz with a kind of vegetation of “Cloud Forest”. The Huatusco area is the main coffee producer region in the Veracruz State.  Their privileged location, fertile soils, good weather and optimal pluvial precipitation makes possible to grown an strictly high grown coffee in this area which is known as the “Veracruzana Coffee Route”.

The local populations in this community are mostly small holders who really take care of their plantations.
