Jose is coffee grower for tradition, second generation in his family. He has been competing in other contests for 5 years and has been particularly interested in Cup of Excellence. Jose didn’t expect to place 4th in the competition this year. These results are thanks to the improvements in terms of production, hygiene, picking, drying and fermentation. On the other hand he explains that the constant feedback has allowed him to keep producing high quality
coffees.
He wants to invest in the quality of life of his family, learn about cupping and coffee preparation and improve the infrastructure of the farm.
