Before without education there was a very empirical cutting and process of wet processing, nowadays with the information that we have been able to provide for a good management in this field we have been applying it in a way that has given us a lot of profit and progress in the maintenance of quality.

* How does it feel to be one of the winners?
First of all very happy and calm because all the work we have done has been very fruitful.

* In what will you invest the profits you obtain from the cup of excellence?
In the first place, I will continue to support the education of the community and the maintenance of the farm and stay close with my family.

Yes, since this event started.

It is an event that has given way to quality, demands quality and guarantees the producer that all the work he does is very well rewarded.
