This special place is located at 1800 m.a.s.l. where the joy, the kind and the warm about the coffe are the ingredients every day. The coexisting between the plants, animals and all biodiversity of the terroir include ourselves, as well as give a fair treatment to our collaborators, make a clean coffe, organic with high quality is an object that we looking for , improving our process to manage the coffe plants, harvest and post harvest, to offer our clients and unique coffe with excellents attributes, that they can be enjoyed with all the confidence and happiness in the world, just as they were made on the Cedruyoc farm.
The Cedruyoc farm is run by Mrs. Ubaldina, better known as the boss, and her husband J.J. the technical worker, who are parents of 2 children, who with a lot of effort, dedication, perseverance managed to improve the farm and obtain the desired objectives, since the coffee plants are strong and happy. Likewise, with great joy, they obtained satisfactory results in the cup of excellence of 2019 and 2021.
