11 EL MIRADOR LA PAPAYA - Ecuador 2022

I have been a farmer all my life together with my father Polibio, we have always been in the field, I learned to be a coffee farmer because I worked in a coffee plantation here in La Papaya, I learned this trade and I enjoy it. Then with my wife we ​​bought a small piece of land and I named it Mirador and to survive I planted vegetables, bananas, fruit trees, achira, among others, and in between I planted coffee trees. I have always been an observer and I like to find new ways to obtain better quality products and coffee was no exception. I work with my wife very hard for my son. In our Mirador farm we collect our coffee with great affection, we process it in our own way and I see that my effort is fruitful. In 2020 I obtained second place in the Loja Sabor a Café contest and thanks to God my product has been sold in various parts of the world. This fills me with satisfaction and pride. I always knew that in my land, La Papaya, we have good qualities to obtain a coffee of excellence.
