Auction
Cup of Excellence
Owner’s description:
1st generation owners
History:
It started in 2016 with the purchase of 7 blocks of land in the upper zone, in that year thanks God, we managed to win a competition in which my husband, owner of the Mileydi farm, participated. We started making pacamara, gesha and kenya nurseries. In 2017 we won the Project Origin again for the second year, so we planted 3 blocks, about 9000 plants with many costs because there is no street, I have to pull everything on horseback but with God's help everything went well for me, reaching last year in second place of Cup of Excellence.
This farm being 1900 meters above sea level has a lot of vegetation, it has cost us to adapt the plants, it has two births that we are taking care of, it is ice cold, so the coffee is coming out good, it has been a lot of work but I hope to be among the first places again and receive some auction reward
In this farm, because it is not populated, there are still animals that are not seen anywhere, such as deer, raccoons, fish, we have even seen a panther, we hope to have it as a protected area for hunters.
I am the mother of three children that is why I have tried so hard so that they do not go through the shortcomings that I experienced, because I come from a very humble and hardworking family and they taught me that to have our things you work.
