Farm El pomal is located in Cosautlan de Carvajal Municipality, at Veracruz state.
The coffee farm is an inheritance from my father, so I have learned the love for coffee production. I have searched to make the coffee farm as organic as possible, integrating organic fertilizers, shade regulation with trees such as chalahuite, gravilea, mango; level curves in planting, continuous pruning for tissue renewal and free of weeds that could compete for nutrients. At the farm we grow varietal Cuscatleco, and produce washed processes. Our harvest season begins in January. We mainly the constant shoulder-to-shoulder monitoring with the coffee cutters, indispensable constant monitoring of the process step layer, daily cleaning of the equipment, and being at the forefront of the best process techniques. We dry coffee in guardiola at constant temperature. We storage the coffee in GrainPro bags. We do our quality evaluations with cupping in groups of coffee growers from the region. For our lots we harvest selection by color/maturation cherries, were remove voids and impurities in flotation, the aerobic fermentation is done in plastic uncovered containers.
