Description
My name is Iwayan Suparta, 38 years old, from Gianyar Bali. I started to become an employee of Mr. Latif Talib (deceased) and his family, who has a coffee plantation located in the Pelaga Bali area.
Since 2017, I have received a mandate from the extended family of Mr. Latif Talib to continue his dream of producing high-quality coffee. The plantation has an area of 5 ha, is located at an average altitude of 1100 – 1300 masl with volcanic soil. The land is fertile and full of nutrients, we plant coffee trees of the Kopyol variety. Every harvest season we only select/pick red cherries that are still fresh and we immediately process it. For this year's harvest season, we humbly want to introduce our coffee processing to a wider level by participating in the 2023-2024 COE Indonesia, hoping to get the best results.
