Description
Farm Pie San is located in San Francisco, León Cortés; sittng at an altitude of 1900 m.a.s.l., and was bought by our family 2012. Because it is located at such high altitude hhis micro climate make it perfect and special for exotic varieties, such as: catuaí, caturra, geisha, Rume Sudán and Típica mejorado amarillo. We use different processes on this varieties: washed, honeys and anaerobics. This specifica lot is a honey process, geisha variety harvested in February. It was harvets and processed with a lot of passion and care to obtain the best quality we can offer our clients.
