HISTORICAL REVIEW
Between Nature, Biodiversity, and Coffee.
At Finca la Reserva, we delve into a narrative that intertwines with nature, embracing the diversity of Ecuador in every corner. Each path drawn on this land is not only a physical route but a symbol of the connection between those who traverse it and the land that welcomes them. It was born in October 2020, from the visionary desire of two dreamy families who love coffee, the Quevedo and Granda families, who believe that to walk our paths is more than just moving forward; it is to prolong existence and experience, they stretch, as if time unfolded, the length of the path measures not only distances but stories, daily learnings that are revealed with each step.
Our farm is located between the Ecological Reserves of Tapichalaca, Podocarpus, and Yacurí, which inspired the name Finca la Reserva. It is situated in the Tapala neighborhood, Valladolid Parish, Palanda Canton, Zamora Chinchipe Province, Ecuador. This meticulously cultivated land reflects a passion for coffee growing. Each grain is tended with care, enriching the process and creating a deep connection between the harvest and those who make it possible. Here, the farm is a boundless classroom, where daily learning is not confined to books but to the land itself, with each day offering a lesson accompanied by the symphony of nature.
At Finca la Reserva, connecting with the senses is both a choice and a gift. Each aroma of coffee merges with the natural fragrance that permeates the air, every sound becomes part of the soundtrack of this unique experience.
Welcome to a place where nature and diversity embrace coffee, here every corner tells a story, and each experience is a reminder of the richness we share and preserve.
