Located in San Cristóbal Verapaz, Alta Verapaz, SANTA ISABEL takes advantage of favorable microclimates to produce coffee. With an average altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level and 3,000 milimeters of rainfall (among nine months) throughout the year, it holds big challenges in the drying of its coffees… which has brought us to adequate our process to the reality of the place.
With its origins in coffee in the year 1,962 SANTA ISABEL FARM has been growing quality coffees, basically on the production of Caturra variety. For more than 20 years it has been participating in specialty coffee markets thanks to a great passion for the bean, which is shared between the owners and the great team of coffee workers.
