Hello, I am Allan Oviedo, a happy husband and father of two children. Coffee is my passion and my heritage, as I am a third-generation coffee grower. Finca Gloriana is a beautiful farm located in San Luis de Grecia, in the western valley of Costa Rica, that works with the Don Joel micromill, a prestigious coffee processing center. The farm belonged to my father, but it was sold when he died. A few years ago, I managed to get it back and incorporated it into our family project, which has been a finalist of the Cup of Excellence for the fifth time. Our lot, a San Roque Kenya, is an extraordinary coffee that we have produced with care and affection. This coffee has a natural process in which the cherry rests in uncovered tanks and then it is transferred to the African beds to complete the drying.
