Description
We cultivate with my children the unique variety of Arabica Sidra on our three-hectare farm, FINCA LA CAROLINA, in the province of Pichincha in the north of Ecuador. Before becoming a coffee grower 7 years ago, I worked as a milk producer. My uncle encouraged me to try coffee cultivation and gave me the original seeds of Ecuador's Sidra that would define my production. I fell in love with coffee and never looked back.
