With a core focus on varietal purity, the estate implements strict scientific protocols—conducting DNA testing on every coffee tree in the farm. Any plant found to be genetically impure or not true Geisha is promptly removed, ensuring that only a single, unadulterated variety remains.
To further enhance flavor complexity, the estate cultivates wild passion fruit, tamarillo, plums, and persimmons among the coffee trees. This biodiversity, combined with refined natural processing, results in Geisha coffees with vibrant tropical fruit notes and a luxurious flavor profile.
