Encountering coffee is our own personal happiness. Initially, Mr. Wardoyo planted coffee for a living and my love for coffee motivated me to keep processing. Meeting Mr. Soedarmin from Venice Roastery gave me new hope, albeit slow and steady, to improve our planted coffee quality. Starting from the planting process, nurturing, and picking , everything is maintained. Observing when they grow, bearing fruits, and patiently waiting until harvest and processing. Trying various best methods to produce the best and most proud coffee for Indonesia. Qualifying the Cup of Excellence Indonesia of course is a pride and joy to us. We are not young anymore but we can still provide more and more for Indonesia. Introducing Trawas Coffee as Indonesia’s best coffee to the world is our dream.
