Finca las Pavas has belonged to Ricardo Gutierrez for 25 years, a small coffee producer organized in the coffee growers cooperative "Laureno Flores".
He has dedicated his life to the cultivation of coffee, taking good care of his land and complying with the environmental responsibility required by the standards for the Café Practice and Fair Trade certifications that his farm has had for some time now.
