I acquired it in the year 2000, planted with typica and bourbon and the coffee rust affected us, which destroyed the entire farm because they were old plants, in addition to the low prices that have affected us for years, I made the decision to renew with plants tolerant to roya, but not affecting the quality of the cup, respecting the environment and preserving the coffee growing under shadow , using for it diverse fruit and shadow trees such as pink cedar, chalahuite (inga vera), avocado, chinene (Persea schiedeana), mango, peinesillo (Terminalia amazonia), banana, orange tree, sweet lemon tree, with this commitment endorsed, is how the opportunity to bind the Association Pronatura which certified the farm in 2017, as private nance civil ceronica association is given the opportunity 2017, as a private conservation area under certificate number: sedema / dggarn-apc / 205/2017. Once having a good plant production and in the search for better prices for our product, together me and my family improved the processes of cutting and benefiting our coffee, to do that we perform only the cherry harvesting mature, to later in a handmade way and at home, be able to carry out the process of depulpating, fermenting, depumilling and drying in the sun, always trying to carry out all these processes in a way that the quality of the coffee is preserved.
