Mr. Ary José Solís is a coffee grower from the municipality of Pitalito-Huila and has his
farm in the village of Filo de Chillurco, is described as a person passionate about
coffee and for carrying out processes that lead to good results in terms of quality.
He has spent his entire life in this wide world of coffee growing; with hard work,
absolute dedication and especially knowing that it will always be important what
that remains, the knowledge that is seen as the best reward.
He has learned to manage his farm, to process and also to taste his own coffee,
he knows the profile of what he grows and enjoys it; their children have also immersed
into this world and says that there is nothing more pleasing and satisfying to witness than what
that one day he planted in his home today the positive results are reflected.
