Since then, small areas have been renewed to continue harvesting in volumes that are profitable, since the plantations are already old and it is not profitable since the harvest volume is small, for this reason, seedbeds have been made, selecting a variety that improves quality and volume. As the planting of fruit trees is also being carried out on the plot to provide them with better shade and diversification of the crop. This has been achieved with the help of relatives who live in the town where the small farm is located, and a good development of it. In past cycles, the farm worked on the most common for commercialization with intermediaries, through research and courses we acquired knowledge of other processes, therefore this production cycle we decided to participate in the contest. With the aim of improving the small farm and being able to work with other local producers so that they can improve income and give the family a better quality of life.
