Description
My name is Mario José González Rodríguez, owner of El Avión farm, an familiar business that born with the illusion to produce the best specialty coffee of Nicaragua, that dream comes true in 2022. We are so proudly to announce that El Avión farm won the first place in Cup of Excellence with a COE score of 90.74 this award is possible thanks to my efforts and my family, but also each of my collaborators who my make possible produce specialty coffee and can be exported around the world.
the farm is of one hundred manzanas twenty of coffee, varieties of red catuai and catimor, we began to plant coffee in 2012, by the geographical position and the height that has the farm since we began to harvest we have worked with special coffees, the height the highest part is 1035 meters above sea level coffee we have it from 1400 to 1800 masl.
