Liang Xuan Coffee Farm, managed by Chung Hsu-Liang, has made a significant impact in Taiwan's coffee industry by participating in international coffee auctions for three consecutive years. In 2024, the farm achieved a major milestone by receiving recognition in the COE (Cup of Excellence) competition.

Located in Chiayi County at an altitude of 1,220 meters, the farm cultivates coffee trees using the washed processing method. This year, Liang Xuan earned an impressive score, with judges highlighting its flavor profile that includes clean and classic notes of brown sugar, honey, caramel, plum, black currant, dark chocolate, green apple, and green tea. Liang Xuan Coffee Farm is dedicated to producing exceptional coffee, contributing to Taiwan’s growing reputation on the global stage.
