Actually, the second generation continues with family tradition, producing an exceptional coffee. The coffee plantation is about 130.5 has in extension, 60% catuai, 35% caturra and 5% pacamara. During crop 2006-2007, the farm produced an average of 1,815.7 - 69 kgs bags. La Providencia II is blessed with an extraordinary microclimate and a franc-arcilloso soil. The coffee is processed in the wet mill at the farm; then, beans are sun dried during one day in the patios and after, one or two days in the drier machines at 55º C.
