Coffee processing system

Coffee is picked manually on cloth, and only the ripe beans are selected and then pulped. The beans are dried in suspended and covered terraces of the greenhouse type, where the beans remain until they reach the ideal humidity level. Concern with quality The farm's owners and their employees are focused on quality from managing the plantations until the coffee is ready to be sold, always taking great care to protect the environment. Harvesting is selectively made, and the beans are dried on suspended terraces. The coffee lots are maintained separately by coffee field. Quality is also the result of the property's characteristics, such as high fertility soil, mild climate and organic handling utilizing biomass, composting, etc. that is improving soil fertility year after year.
