Description

History

I come from a coffee growers family, so I think I got the good feeling for coffee since I was a kid. Several years ago, I decided to look for a better life in the city and I moved from my town. The consequences were not good and I came back to my farm. Today my home is here with my family and my crops.

Environmental Care

I do take special care of the water sources, so we don’t contaminated them with liquid or solid wastes. We also protect the wildlife.

Coffee Processing Information

Depulping process is done in dry, fermentation takes 18 hours and we used fresh water for washing. Drying process is done in the parabolic drier.
