Description

History

I come from Bilbao village, a small place in the department of Tolima. I bought the farm in 2002, immediately I started improving the crops and wet milling process conditions. My family in conformed by my wife and 3 children. My compromise is to produce coffee of high quality.

Environmental Care

I am committed with the preservation of the water sources, so I take care of the native forest and other plants in the borders of the river. The depulping process is done without water and I use the pulp of the cherries as an organic fertilizer.

Chemical fertilizers and also fermented pulp twice per year. The broca control is entirely cultural (re-re). The main harvest is between May and July.
