Description

History

I come from a traditional coffee grower family. I'm currently 28 years old. Married with 2 children. I received the farm as an inheritance of my parents 5 years ago. At that time I started in this project with my own effort and some support from my family.

Environmental Care

The water we use in the farm comes from a natural source, so we protect it with different native trees such as bamboo and “bore”. Depulping process is done without using water and I'm committed with preservation of flora and fauna in the farm.

Coffee Processing Information

I apply to the soil the pulp from the wet milling process, additionally I use chemical fertilizers. The main harvest is between May and July.
