History
I am a coffee grower since I was a kid. I started with coffee crops in my farm when there were no crops there. Today I have made different improvements in the farm, and thanks to it, I could paid for the education of all my sons who are today professionals. Currently, I alternate the coffee crops with beekeeping.
Environmental Care
We do protect the water sources, so we dont throw the wastes to the river. We use the pulp of the coffee to produce organic fertilizer. We protect the fauna, flora and the soil.
Coffee Processing Information
We keep the good practices of handling of the coffee, according to the suggestions of the technical from the Federation of Coffee Growers. Picking up the ripe beans, depulping without water, fermenting for 18 hours and washing with fresh water.
