Coffee processing system

The harvested ripe beans are washed and pulped as soon as they arrive from the plantations, and then they are spread in thin layers on a concrete terrace during the first days. Revolved many times a day, in a slow drying process, coffee remains on the terrace until its humidity reaches 11 degrees. Subsequently, it is bagged and stored in pergamino.
