History

45 years old coffee grower, with 23 years as a producer. His family is conformed by 3 sons. He bought his farm 25 years ago. Now he only produces coffee. As infrastructure in his farm he has a road in good conditions, aqueduct, electricity, etc.). He also works as a retailer in the municipality of Acevedo.

Environmental Care

The farm has a natural source of fresh water with a small area of native and protected forest. The coffee trees are seeded in the hills of the farm. The main practice for the Broca control is the Re-Re or cultural control. The pulp of the coffee is used as an organic fertilizer.

Coffee Processing Information

Traditional wet milling process, with 14-16 hours fermentation, then solar drying process and one month storing.
