The coffee plantations are care with friendly measures with the nature, trees shades are used in the farm as control of plagues system, during harvesting season only ripe fruit is collected. Throughout the milling process of the coffee, the people in charged, take the maximum care to obtain a clean product with excellent characteristics, being always maintained the necessary humidity, in order to get the flavors and aromas that distinguish a good coffee.
