1985-Acquisition of the property-planting of 120 feet of eucalyptus 1988-planting of the first plot of coffee (Talhao Tulha) with 8000 feet of variety Catuai 1992-acquisition of glebe (Talhao Ladeira) with 7000 feet of variety Catuai 1993-built of a warehouse and installation of electric energy and drying yards 1995-planting of 2700 feet (Talhao Campo) of variety Acaiá 1996-installation of dryer and construction of part of the concreted yards 1997-installation of benefit machine and construction of part of the yards - beginning of the process of Environmental Licensing 1999-planting of 8000 feet Talhao Campo variety Acaiá - planting of 15000 feet of Acaiá, 3000 feet of Catuai and 2000 feet of Icatu talhao Samambaia 2000-concreting of part of the yards 2001-planting of 500 Aroeira do Sertao trees 2002-acquisition and instalation of coffee washer - construction of house for employee 2003-registration CEI with the INSS / registration of employees / staff 2004-construction of housing for cropper workers 2005-planting of 300 Grevilhas trees 2007-beginning of the certification process and implementation of necessary adjustments 2008-achievement of the 1st certification – CERTIFICA MINAS 2009-achievement of the Certificate of Settlement Water Use - participation on the Program CAFES SUSTENTAVEIS DO BRASIL (Sustainable Coffees of Brazil) by ABIC with 3 lots classified -State Contest with 1 lot among the 100 best 2010-achievement of the certification of Environmental Licensing -LEGAL RESERVE and APP annotated / registered in the Registry. 2011-initiated procedures / work towards Fair Trade Certification 2012-winner of the 1st Cup of Excellence Natural – 16th among the 19 best of Brazil. -Associated of the Cooperative Coopervass since 1995 -Associated of APAS – Associacao do Produtores do Alto da Serra (Association of Producers of Alto da Serra) since 2006. APAS is in process of FLO-Cert certification. -Rural Syndicate since 2010 -Technical assistance/collaboration by EMATER, the Minas Gerais Estate agriculture technical support company.
