It is located in Sitepec, that means ‘snail hill.’ Our community was created many years ago by the indigenous from Mam-Quiche culture but it after Spaniards conquest, it became a Mestizo community. We are part of el Triungo biosphere reserve and a zone of ecological conservation called Pico, el Loro Paxtal It was wonderful to participate in Cup of Excellence - this is helping us to improve the quality of our coffees.
