Description
I have been in the world of coffee since 1985, about 37 years more or less; the farm is located in an area called the explosion, working with varieties of all kinds because at that time nothing was known about varieties of coffees but already 10 years ago we worked and saw that the farm had a potential and good cup we started to sell with differentiated prices and since then we have participated in cup of excellence and 10 times I have been in the first places knowing that the farm has a good potential.
I feel happy and content to see the potential of my farm and we have always been among the 30 best coffees in Nicaragua. Participating in cupping has helped us because today we have direct clients that buy 300 quintals of our coffee.
We call our farm the collective because we work it as a family and we share the joy of having been among the best coffees, we enjoy that joy.
