Don Orlando Pedraza Ramírez has the farm La Chirimoya, who bought with the effort of his work, before entering the world of coffee his dream was to be a policeman, but since he installed his first coffee plants in 2015, he started to like him how It was growing the plants and when they began to give their first grains, it was already decided to give up for police and dedicated 100% to the coffee, he sold his coffee to local commerce, but still took care of his coffee having hope that someday He likes his coffee and bought him and reward him for all the work he was doing on the farm.
That is when the 2020 performed a natural process and sold it to its neighbor, and it sold the coffee at a good price. One day the technicians of Falcon Coffees conducted a special café talk at the San Antonio base in the district of Huabal, and by coincidence Don Orlando was at that meeting. And he was very attentive to the entire technical chat, he contacted the technician of Falcon Coffe to give him a counseling, because he wanted to have the best coffee in his area, making several processes, some gave good results, others not, but Don Orlando did not give up, he continued to carry out his processes, until a natural process coffee came out very good and surprised everyone, obtaining a score of more than 88 points and Don Orlando happy because I manage to have the best coffee in his area.
He lives in his farm with his wife and young children and has a great project for the future He wants to install a hectare of Café Geisha and wants to win a cup of excellence.
He advises his neighbors to work planned to look for advice and that coffee is a food and we must take care of him as such, and that the secret of being a good producer is in each one, the quality of the coffee we do each one of us .
