Description
The property is located in the Department of Sonsonate, Juayua Jurisdiction. To get there by car you leave the road that from Juayua leads to Los Naranjos and at the level of San Jose La Majada you enter the Cerro del Aguila Mountain. After 4 kilometers of dirt road you arrive at the farm. The farm has south west exposure, has two bodies, the main one of about 150 manzanas, and an annex known as Zapato de Mico of 15 manzanas of extension. It is planted with Bourbon, Pacas, Pacamara, Sampacho and Colombia variety. It also has three plots of SL28 located at different altitudes (1375, 1500 and 1600 meters).
In the main body of the farm reaches an altitude of 2035 meters, that high part is formed by a forest of cypress and native species.
