Don Ruben begins when he moved from ​​the Sierra of Puno motivated by his wife who was from San Juan del Oro, upper Santa Rosa sector, his first work activities were in a mine, where he suffered an accident. Over time, he decided to support his wife who was dedicated to growing coffee. The farm is called San Carlos, it has been producing for more than 24 years, it has varieties such as Caturra, Bourbón and Geisha, its height is 1886 meters above sea level, production is 22 qq, and we usually dry our coffee under shade. The goal is to continue improving the quality of its coffees.
