Since 1920, Don Jesús Flores Guevara (grandfather) begins the legacy of coffee cultivation in the Flores Family, these for years trained their children as good coffee growers who produced, harvested and sold coffee to bring sustenance to their homes, One of the children who liked coffee growing the most and who, based on experiences, became outstanding is Don Faustino Flores Venegas (seventh son of Jesús), who with effort has given higher education to his 4 children, all coffee farmers at the same time. "Finca El Morito" as a family business was born with the proposal of David Flores, Faustino's second son, who integrated all the other family members, making this association the company that is now growing in the specialty and origin coffee market. “Finca El Morito” employs more than 50 coffee growers, men and women, including the elderly. Located in different parts of the department of Cajamarca, specifically in the provinces of Cutervo, San Ignacio and Jaén, at heights ranging from 1700 to 1900 meters above sea level and where these unique, different and special coffees are born that are destined for your palate.
