Located in the volcanic soils of the highlands of the West Valley Region – Finca Ladera Alessia microclimatic conditions present the characteristics of a unique terroir for the production of boutique coffees, definitely a blessed spot.
Finca Ladera Alessia, has both Atlantic and Pacific Ocean influence, with very low temperatures at night with misty and chilly mornings, it warms up during the day.
During the day, temperatures may rise to 24-25 degrees Celsius, with rain showers between May and November. Soil structure is volcanic and with deep penetration and well drained soils.
The ripening season is late, having the main reaping season in February and March, which is the most established dry and sunny season, enabling fully ripen cherries.
