Description
The farm is located in the Huaynapata sector - Progreso farm, 1 hour and 30 minutes away; from the Yanatile district, 10 minutes from the main road. It has an extension of 4 hectares of coffee cultivation of the Bourbon variety, Typical and growing Geisha.
Agustín Ccasa Ccoyo together with his wife acquired the land where they initially thought that coffee could not grow due to the altitude. In 1975 they decided to plant coffee and because it is high up there is no need to make roses or burn trees to make the plantations. At the same time they are dedicated to the cultivation of vegetables and fruits. In addition, they have belonged to the Valle Inca organization since 2017, thus improving their quality of life since they receive continuous technical assistance from the organization and have been able to participate in the cup of excellence in the years 2018, 2019, 2020, always being within of the 20 best coffees in Peru.
