Description

The farm is specialize in the cultivation of speciality coffee. The coffee of the farm is Certified FairTrade and Organic (CERTIMEX, JAS, NOP, LOOAA). The farm is part of the Cooperative Society, a company formed through an Social Rural Production to search the market, the first lot sold as organic coffee was in 1989. For this lot of coffee could participate in COE Mexico, the producer and her team selected the variety, the height, strengthen the wet and dry benefit process, the cherries selection was just of cherries in their optimum ripening, taking off vains grains process, drying process made in suspended beds controlling temperature and environmental humidity.
