Description
Finca El Edén is a Farm that is near Finca La Reforma, it was acquired by Leonardo Perez y Perez in 1955, and he started the coffee plantation in that farm in 1960; the varieties that he sow was Bourbon, Typica and Caturra. This Farm was inherited by his son Leonardo Rene Pérez Hidalgo, he continuous with the coffee plantation.
Due to the incidence of the sun, the air currents, the height and its topography, it was decided to remove the coffee that was already planted there and change it to Gesha in 2019, a seed obtained from Finca La Reforma, from the winning batch of COE 2018. Due to the characteristicas already described and the amazing cupping results, it has been decided to plant more gesha coffee this year
