Finca Don Egidio was born from the love for the land, the countryside, nature. This love was transmitted from generation to generation, beginning with his father Vital Rodríguez, then passing through its current owner, Mr. Egidio Rodríguez, who has the great support of his children.
In the mountains of San Luis de Grecia, Alajuela Costa Rica, our farm has been located since 1970. The quality of the coffee beans that grows on this land shows us the incredible work and commitment that is put into the process to extract a quality product. The production of this farm located in rich volcanic soils, with high frequency of rains, the right temperature and the height of 1620m.s.n.m help these lands produce an exquisite coffee bean. Don Egidio has made a great effort to harvest the best cherries, and he has carried out the farm with love for many years, and that same love is reflected in the flavor of our Don Egidio coffee.
Don Egidio being for years an excellent farmer, dedicated together with his children to sow and take care of the farm, achieving with this having the best variety and one of the best cups of coffee you can taste.
