Description
It all started when I was a child, my mother told us when she was a girl, her
father had a small farm producing Arabica coffee and told us that when the
coffee was cut the whole family and neighbors would get together and help
them cut the coffee and They all brought food at lunchtime, they shared it
among all and exchanged talks and had a good time and there they earned
a little money to buy clothes and shoes for their new Christmas and New
Year. This is how the idea of making a coffee farm when I grew up came to
me and as soon as I could I cultivated it.
History of El Izotal Farm
Today, thanks to God and the motivations that my mother told us, little by
little we have been climbing and contacting the Salvadoran Coffee Council
and being able to compete for the Cup of Excellence.
Thus, he takes the opportunity to invite coffee buyers to help us by buying
our little coffees and to give us motivating prices to continue raising the
profile of Salvadoran coffees and also to be able to shovel the expenses in
which we incur.
