Description
El Cerro farm is located in the Alto Corazón sector that belongs to the District of Chirinos and the province of San Ignacio. It is located at an altitude of 1,846 meters above sea level. I started working on it in 1999, cultivating half a hectare of the Caturra variety, in 2010. I understood that coffee is not only sold for physical performance, but also for its attributes in flavors and aromas, it was from this year that I began to be more passionate about coffee, from 2010 to 2015 I participated in many national and local competitions , of which I always obtained the first places, in 2017 I entered the cup of excellence contest where I came in second place, since this year I have not participated again because I have been doing tests to improve the quality of my coffee, this year I decided to participate in this competition, after several years doing tests and I think that my coffee, It will give a lot to talk about.
