4 - Paraiso - Nicaragua 2024

Farm Paraíso has been producing coffee since 2013, in that year we started with the production of 40 qq in two lots:
1- Rosario lot
2- San Antonio lot
These lots were acquired from the previous owners who left the coffee unmanaged.
In 2014 we produced 80 quintals already with new agronomic improvements, for these lots and so on we have been growing and improving production to reach a goal in 2022-2023 of 800 Quintals gold corresponding to the different lots:
Don José de la Rosa Lot
Don Daniel Lot
El Anexo Lot
Quetzales Lot.
With a current area of 50 manzanas and a productive area of 35 manzanas.
The Geisha variety is established in the lot Don Jose de la Rosa, with a development age of 4 years; The Geisha seed was acquired from a Nicaraguan producer who visited Panama and gave me 2 pounds of which we did the planting. It is located at 1500 meters above sea level in the municipality of Mozonte Nueva Segovia in El Pinabete. This coffee is cut and handled by the laborious hands of our collaborators, who cut and select the best fruits.
Farm Paraíso has participated in five previous editions, but was unable to qualify for the varieties selected. This year we decided to participate with the Geisha variety, obtaining excellent results.
First of all, we thank God; we are grateful to God for having given us such an important place in the cup of excellence contest and we are committed to make better processes to maintain and conserve the attributes of our coffee. We thank CONATRADEC and our good government for giving us the opportunity to participate in this prestigious contest where we are given the opportunity to small, medium and large coffee producers to participate and present our coffees, both nationally and internationally.
Our coffee is already known by the national and international jury and we want to represent our country, department and producers in the international electronic auction with the excellence of our coffee and our geisha variety, hoping to satisfy the national and international palate.
