Description
The Sillapata farm began its establishment in early 2020, following the lunar calendar during the waxing crescent phase. Geisha is the variety that Don Raúl cultivates in his nursery. The name Sillapata comes from the geography of the area, as the hill resembles the shape of a “silla” (chair in english). The farm is located at an altitude of 2231 MASL. The coffee plants are shaded by Albizia and Pacay Mono trees. The spacing between plants is 2x2 meters, and the plot has a slight slope.
