Description

The farm is embedded between the mountain range of the Cuchumatanes mountain range of Guatemala, belonging to the municipality of San Pedro Necta and La Democracia, in the department of Huehuetenango, with coordinates N15° 34' 11.24" W -91° 49' 51.63".

It has a total area of ​​220 Ha.

The coffee plantation is located at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,500 meters above sea level with an average temperature of 18° to 25°C, rainfall of 1,300 to 1,800 mm annually and a relative humidity of 55 to 80%.

Its fertile lands are cultivated with coffee trees of the Arabigo, Caturra, Catuaí, Borbon, Pacamara, Parainema, Marsellesa and Geisha varieties. Soon other exotic varieties that are being evaluated for adaptation under Sombra de ingas and graviléa.
