9 - El Cerro - Perù 2024

The "El Cerro" farm is in the village of El Corazón, in the district of Chirinos, San Ignacio province, Cajamarca region. Located at 1950 MASL, I began planting the Geisha variety in 2018, which adapted very well to the area. In 2020, I harvested 10 quintals, which underwent a washed process and received 87 points in the Cup of Excellence. Then, in 2022, the post-harvest process was improved, which helped me achieve 88 points and secure third place in the 2022 Cup of Excellence. This motivates me to participate every year.
