Description
Later I aspired to produce my own coffee to which Mr. Alfonso Pineda has helped me a lot by leasing me some coffee plots and venturing to grow some PACAMARA and Geisha, a small farm that I named Los Manatiales. I do not omit to say that my boss has helped me a lot because with him I have learned a lot about the cultivation and preparation processes in such a way that last year I participated in the Cup of Excellence 2023 but unfortunately I did not make it to the final, but in this year 2024 I did classify thanks to God, advancing among the coffees of international recognition. So, God willing, in the future I will be able to acquire my own coffee farm and I would like to thank my wife, Mr. Alfonso Pineda, who has been a mentor to me.
Alfonso Pineda who has been a mentor and role model, and to God for having made it this far, since I never imagined I would make it this far.
Also thanks to the Salvadoran Coffee Institute (ISC) for this type of event where they expose our excellent coffee to the world of our beloved El Salvador.
I call on national and international coffee buyers to try my coffee from my farm Los Manatiales, high altitude coffee from the highlands of Chalatenango with fruity notes in their cuppings, thus granting the great efforts that we small farmers make. Waiting for excellent offers, I am subscribing to you.Atentamente
