Description
Producer Elen was influenced by her sister, Marta, a food engineer who emigrated to Germany, as it is one of the largest exporters of the coffee that’s consumed in the world. With intentions and the various contacts she has for the final destination of the coffee, Elen and her father, Laércio Lorencini, became interested in producing high-quality coffees and invested in production and machinery in general. Elen is an agricultural engineer and continuously accompanies and analyzes processes to ensure a good harvest.
This lot was processed in the natural method. The initial drying was done on the concrete patio. Drying continued on African beds until the coffee reached the ideal humidity.
